Who am I and What am I Doing Here?

Being a dad is easy. Being a good dad isn’t, and I’m trying my damnedest to come out on top.

I am a husband to a wonderful woman who is not only an amazing mother, wife, and cook, but is building a pretty successful etsy shop on the side. I don’t honestly know how she does it all.

I am a father to two boys who are teaching me more about who I am as a person than I am teaching them about the world.

As for me personally- I’ve changed careers three times before I turned 30, and have finally settled into law enforcement, a job I love even with its difficulties and tribulations. I also drive an ambulance on he side and volunteer for a local fire department. In spite of this work in emergency services, parenting still holds the greater challenge, and can be more terrifying than any scene and more educational than even the most rigorous training course.

Aside from those few facts- everything else is trivial and can be found out about by wading through the spelling errors and half-formed thoughts of my post content.

Welcome to my little corner of the web.
